Hi Larry! Thanks for reading. Re: presentation requirements, I’m hoping there are some creative ways around those restrictive policies, or better yet, that departments realize that investing in their faculty’s professional networking is a net win. (I’m not holding my breath).

Re: “time zone-inclusive late morning”, for a model that doesn’t mirror (unlike many other conferences ), choosing a short, inclusive band is key. If you’re aiming to include North America and Europe 10 am is the sweet spot: It’s not too late for Europe and not too early for Hawaii. ICER will likely rotate around, excluding North Americans, Europeans, Asia/Austrailasia on rotation, just as we’ve done with location.
