We have about 55 faculty, about 1/3rd teaching track. But we spread that across 4 degrees plus two interdisciplinary degrees. So I regularly hire about 20 guest faculty a year to fill the gaps. We teach about 20 undergrad courses a quarter and I get about 12–15 faculty a quarter teaching them. Half of those are 150–200 students, including both intro and core. Most of the electives are taught by guests because we can’t get guests to teach 150 students. So we’re at the limit.
